My Mental Health Risk is a user-friendly interactive mobile app that screens the individual user for mental health, mood disorder, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and suicide ideations.
Screening assessments are built on user’s responses to questions that have been proven reliable and validated by experts in the literature.
The user can view available local mental health resources on a map and be navigated to them if needed. For emergency situations always call 911.
This app is in affiliation with the Health Sciences’ Multicultural and Community Affairs at Creighton University and the Center for Promoting Health and Health Equity. The development was supported in part with funds from Douglas County Health Department, Nebraska, and unrestricted funds from Nebraska Tobacco funds LB692 award to Creighton University.
